Hi All, New to the forum. I am in the market for a GT500. Been doing some reading here, very informative. So in my search and homework. I know what I want as far as mods. My questions is, I see the prices for the KR500 and for the Super Snake. What I am missing is these packages can be brought through Ford performance parts, they have warranties, and can be installed at time of purchase by ford for far less then buying one of the above mentioned. So whats the deal with 100 thousand dollars KR500. The same package can be brought via FPP for about 2grand I believe. I already talked to some dealers here in So Cal. I want the Suspension package, the supercharger upgrade to put it at 605hp and the drag pack kit. those come up to about 9-10grand plus install, would give me the same power as a super snake and ford would put the upgrade on top of the cost of the gt500. So you figure a GT500 at 47000 plus upgrades would come out to about 60 plus. so why pay out 100k. Please educate someone who is wanting to know before he buys
