Hi guys, So, yesterday I got a voicemail from a non-car-guy friend in Hollywood (yes, we all have a few friends who for some reason aren't nutty about cars) who told me that he drove to a job at the NBC studios, had his car valet parked, and noticed an absolutely stunning, 100-point '66 Shelby GT-350H in a prime spot. He looked it over well and said that it literally looked like a brand new car. The valet attendant said that the previous day, the same driver had been driving a new Bentley. My friend commented that he must have some big bucks, and the attendant laughed and said, "It's Steven Spielberg!" Mike
To all: Since the story is out in the open, that GT350-H Mr. Speilberg is driving is none other than 6S1487 which I restored over a 10 yr. period and took SAAC Gold and numerous MCA Gold. A guy named Cruise bought it for him as a present after Speilberg commented that he really liked the one Cruise drove in the movie. I know the next question you're going to ask...well, it sold for 6 figures is all I'll say.
