I have decided to add an 08 GT500 to my collection. What I need help with is the color choice. If anyone with pictures of their 07 or 08 GT500 could post them I will look them over and try to make a decision. Thanks, Larry

Grabber Orange rocks. You can't get tungsten stripes on an 08 though, only white and black.

Thanks for the pics. I like the lemans stripes on the convertible, they should have come that way. Everyone keeps telling me red to match my 67 but, my 66 fastback is also red and my wife has an 06 Mustang GT that is also red so I think red is out of the question. All other colors are still a possibility as of now.

We have a red and white one, which there are pictures of everywhere so you probably don't really need to see another one, but the best looking color I've seen is Vista Blue, in my opinion of course. A buddy of mine has one with Tungsten stripes which is not a combination I would have even thought of, but it's my favorite I've seen so far. The tricky part is they don't offer that combination for '08, I think the only stripes you can get with vista Blue in '08 is White, which still looks very nice.

Hi Larry. I'm happy to hear your decision to add a new GT500 to your impressive car collection. I don't think you'll regret it. Here's a pic of my '07 in ebony with tungsten stripes. If I might offer a suggestion, look into the red accent interior, it really makes the interior stand out.

Thanks for all the great pictures! This is a difficult decision. I love the black but I had both a black 94 and 99 Cobra and remember how great they looked clean and how hard it was to keep them clean. However, those were daily drivers and this car would not be, so that is not as big an issue. Right now the kids want blue with white stripes, the wife likes white with blue stripes and I still like them all.

When I was buying mine I had the dealer hold a white with blue stripes coupe for me as it was a 3 hour drive. I loved the look of that color combo, and I still do, I wanted it to sorta match my 68 fastback. When I got there it was sitting on the show room floor, simply beautiful. Then I started looking at the other color combinations on the other shelbys in the showroom. When I saw the black with tungsten, and then opened the door and saw the interior that was it. I had to have this one. I've owned it for about 1 1/2 years and since it's garaged and covered and only driven on nice days it still looks like it did the day I bought it.

Hey, it is an eye catcher alright! It sticks out like a sore thumb. There is only one other like it that we know of and it is in Virginia. NOT many of them built with the red stripe package but we think it looks the best!!!
Good luck in your decision!! (Pick ours, Pick ours!!!!!)
