Hey there..just got our wmo 3 66 radiator...needs to be restored and recored... in talking to my shop what they do when they recore is take the side straps off by heating up the wet solder that holds the brackets in place...then they un solder the top tank from the core itself and unsolder the bottom tank...I was told that the bottom portion of the top tank is already assembled to the core from the manufacture..so another words the only part of my top tank that will stay original will be the top portion of the tank and not the bottom portion of it...He could not guarentee that the bottom portion of the top tank that will come with core will be the same. So what I am wondering is if anyone has pics of there original unmolested radiator so that I can see some pics of what there bottom portion of the top tank looks like.. He did say that he can send my bottom portion of the top tank that will be connected to the core to the manufacture of the new cores and that THEY could dissasemble my bottom portion of the top tank and place that piece on to the new core so that I would have the same original parts...Well common sense tells me just do that...but the real question is has the radiator I have been recored already and my bottom of my top tank is not original...if that is the case then I dont need to spend the extra dollars having them do that. I will post some pics shortly of my top tank...so take a look at my pics and tell me if you can if my bottom portion of my top tank looks factory original or not.. Thanks Jimmy

I need one for exactly a year prior: "C4ZE W-MO 3 65" Been looking...but nothing''s turned up yet.Anyone know of one at a fair price I'd appreciate it.
