Just wanted to say hello as the new member. I found the forum quite by accident when I was searching for some references to old ignition parts, (Rajah Clips) which I have on my '66 GT350R Clone.

I could not afford the 1966 GT350 my brother sold in 1972, (bona-fide street model) to buy a '65 GT350R to go racing in, (SCCA). So I built one from a 1965 Fastback with a lot of work by me, my Brother and a lot of $$$ passing through Maier Racing's hands. My Brother was a constant source for racing parts that were effectively a few races old and in the world of racing always becoming obsolete in his effort to have the newest, fastest, best hardware on his race car. Mine is effectively a race car for the street. I have had it to Elkhart Lake a few times for the Shelby Convention and some wheel to wheel combat. We do rather well against against most Mustangs, old and new. I could post the car's "resume" but it is a really long list that would border on being pretentious.

Welcome, please share your "long list" as it is not only not pretentious but we would love hearing the history of your clone. Also, please post some pictures, either static or action pictures would be appreciated.
