65 shock tower brackets

    is there a difference between stock shock tower brackets and what is found on a 65 gt 350

    Shelbys, i.e. GT350s and export cars had a washer welded/soldered
    on top of the bracket as a part of the export reinforcement package.
    These were installed at San Jose's Ford plant and not at Shelby.

    Here is a picture of what Texas Swede is talking about, these are original 65-66 GT350 shock towers.
