Need help verifing 1967 GT500

    Help needed please..we have a GT 500 here and I am trying to chase down its history and in fact establish whether its an original or a copy..
    Vin no 67402F5U00425 It has been described as originally been owned by a Shelby factory Manager...

    Hi,
    According to the SAAC Registry #425 was a Company car and
    assigned to Don Cunningham. Don't know if he was the Production
    Mgr or not. However, in order for you to be 100% sure, look at the Ford
    number (all 3 places) and contact Dave Mathews at SAAC to confirm
    that #425 and the Ford number matches original factory records.
    Ford number should be like 7R02Q1xxxxx.
