Most of you ebayers probably already know this car is up but I wanted to post a notice for those who don't know. You'll not find for sale a better example of a 1965 GT350 than this one. We here know the owner as Coralsnake.. ...Nice car buddy
Beautiful car! Not trying to nit-pick here but isn't it too late to have a bolt together fuel pump? Shouldn't the correct OE pump be a crimped button top 3939S?
Rumor has it the guy the guy that restored the car was a 1968 guy. I am surprised it doesn't have a tilt wheel. I also think he left some room for improvements, because nobody wants a perfect car, do they ?! Hopefully, the 1965 guys can give me some more pointers....Oh, I am not the owner, just the wrench guy. Hey, I didn't put that sway bar bolt in upside down, I suspect the alignment guy did that.
If the criticism gets too much to take and you get frustrated to a point of just giving it away so you don't have to listen to it....#055 said he'd like a friend to sit beside in the garage. Its been years since they even shared a parking lot together!! LOL Oh the things to make a car not perfect, I can see why the upside down bolt would make you want to throw it out and start another project. Does the air bubble container come with the purchase of the car to keep it hermetically sealed , after all , I'm just thinking of his health and all !!
Just curious about the Cobra oil pan. Does it use bolts or screws to attach it to the engine block? I once heard that 65 GT-350s used screws but I'm not sure as it was a long time ago. Thanks
