    hey guys i guess im suppose to say HELLO to everyone. just joined to find some information on my GLHS Shelby charger. and if anyone could help me fiqure out why my fuel gauge and spedometer dont work that would be great!

    Hello and welcome to the Site. Have you checked your Fuses? It could also be a Relay.

    I would check the speed sensor or speedometer cable. The fuel gauge could be a poor solder connection in the instrument cluster.

    ok well i think i figured out the speedometer problem. it was undone! but fuel gauge still broken but doesnt matter. but now im having a problem where we think it mite not be breathing right! its spiting oil out of the dip stick and coming outta the valve cover where the cap is? anyone heard of the GLHS doing this??

    Fuel gauge probably not working due a failed sending unit in the gas tank due to a shot float or worn contacts. Look for a replacement sender.:cool:
