I have a 07 Shelby and just got a new paint job done. I wanted to keep my car clean so i purchased a cover from www.carscover.com. It look like a legit cover. It has fleece lining inside and water proof blah blah blah. But my question is this. Is it okay for me to put the cover on my car. Won't it damage my new paint job? Let me know what's up.
Not certain about a cover on fresh paint; however, our auto body guy who is a fanatic for details and perfection recommends waiting 30 days before washing the car after new paint which apparently lets it completely cure. The time frame may be quicker in warmer climates.
