Hello, I am Richard from The Netherlands in Europe.

    I am the proud owner of a "69 mach1 390 4-speed and a "70 boss 302.

    I am looking to purchase a '68 GT500KR (4-speed) or a '67 GT500 (4-speed).
So my question is what do you prefer and why ?

    Thanks, Richard

    Welcome to the site.

There are plenty of fans of each model so I doubt you will be able to come to a consensus by asking an opinion here.

If it were me, I would choose the '67 GT500. Why? Mostly for reasons that are not important. I prefer the look of round headlamps in the '67 grille versus the rectangular fog lamps in the '68. I like that it is the first year GT500. I like that the '67 was built in California like the Cobras were.

When it comes to the important things - like driving one. It won't matter as either will bring a smile to your face.
