So here's the deal folks. I am a grad student with the Academy of Art University in San Francisco studying 3D modeling. this semester i am enrolled hard surface modeling, the goal of which is to ... you guessed it ... model a car. seeing as how my father swindled me (i feel anyway) and sold his 66 hardtop mustang instead of hanging on to it 'till i could buy it off him (plus the guy he sold it to was buying it for his just-turned-sixteen daughter), i think this class is a perfect opportunity to lessen the grievance suffered in my teenage youth. if i cant have it in real life, at least i can make a digital version and snub my dad with a car cooler than his. that said, im in need of reference material and i have scoured the web looking for detailed pictures of the 67 gt500 shelby mustang. while i have found some nice pictures via the standard image searches on the web, i have come here, the temple of shelby knowledge to petition the kindly owners of this awesome car for nice, high quality, big, beautiful pictures. specifically, the standard straight-on orthographic views with as little perspective as possible: front, side, rear. if your able to pull off a top view then my hat is off to you and you've got the kind time most people wish they had. details: RIMS! straight-on, no perspective rims, side and front. any detail areas on the body would be appreciated. and if you just want to show off the vehicle i'd welcome perspective shots as well. i'd be happy to document the building of the vehicle in screenshots and posting them here. my email is public so you can send directly without overburdening the forum. my working orthographic reference comes from here but as you can see it does not really capture detail areas very well. thank you all for your help!
