Greetings from the caretaker of 6S1890

    A genuine GT350H. I've owned her since 1982 when I was just 17. It was in the magazine "Special Interest Autos" in 1983. In storage and not driven for the past 20 years, I hope to find a restoration shop to get it back into excellent shape again sometime in the next year. More than anything, I miss the SOUND of that car!

    Brian,

    Welcome to the site and thanks for the pics. If those shock towers are original it looks like your car is part of the batch that didn't receive the washer reinforced shock towers typical of 65-66 GT350's. I believe my car (6S1757) also came without them. Just one of those interesting things about these cars.

    s2ms those are original shock towers and I now remember knowing that factoid about them.

    DeLa1Rob i have that magazine somewhere and will dig it out soon and post the article.
