what is the best rim and tire selection for the 67 gt350? what is the widest tire on a 15 inch rim that will still allow no rubbing? thanks Nick

    Hi,
I ran Dunlop Qualifiers, 245x60x15 on 10 spokees for many years.
My upper control arms are lowered 1" in accordance with the Boss 302
Chassis Manual and the inside of the tires on drivers side rub at the
upper control arms. They also rubbed at the front of the fender
when going in reverse. Changed to Good Years Eagle GTII 235x60x15
and they work without any problem.

I have the same Goodyear 235X60X15s on my car as Texas Swede. I'm running MagStars and I some minor rubbing once in awhile. I rolled the fender lips and that pretty much took care of that.

I have BFG radial T/A 225 60 15's at all 4 corners. I am running 15x7 American Racing torque thrust D's with 1" drop front springs and 1" A arm drop like the 65 Shelbys. Fender lips are rolled and never any rubbing whatsoever.
