Carroll Shelby autographed for COTA $$$$

Hi friends,
can you help me know ... what is neccesarry to get Carroll Shelby autograph, on one automovile. Like to send a piece of the car and get it autographed.
I would like to do this on my Shelby Mustang, I know he can do this but dont know where to send it or the restrictions this could have.
Ill apreciate very much any help.

How to get Carroll’s Autograph:

1. Label each item you wanted signed with your name.
2. Download the Donation Form and fill out completely.
3. Include your donation -we accept Cash, Credit Card, and Checks. Include any special instructions for each item in the same package.
4. Include return information. DO NOT include a return address to a PO BOX, we can not insure appropriate delivery.
5. Package your items carefully.
6. Send package to CSCF via US Mail, UPS, FED EX etc.
7. Address your package to:
