1967 Shelby Marti Report information wanted. This is a companion project to the D.S.O. sheet project. I'm trying to collect any information on the Marti report (except of course for the Ford VIN). I'm especially interested in the Shelby VIN, the D.S.O. number, the D.S.O. item number. I'll post the results on my website. Thanks.

Roy was just thinking that we should include what cars were in what order group - so good idea ;)

Will send you an email - think I've got maybe 20-50 Marti reports I can share the info from

    Roy and Jeff,
I have them all and will be including that information in the new Registry.

A Reminder: If you no not have your car's Marti report you'll need to provide both the Shelby Vin, and also the Ford Vin. Then Marti will confirm this with the SAAC registrar. If you don't E-mail the registrar, to give him a "heads up" about this, there will be a delay.

    Hey Dave,

When is the deadline to provide updated info for the new registry?

    NICE!

Thank you Dave, very much appreciated. The fun part of all of this is that it is 40 years later and we are still piecing the puzzle together. Just think how boring the 2007 Shelby's will be in 2047.

There will not be a lot of guess work, all in databases and easily searchable.

    Mike,

I'm not so sure it will be searchable if it is just presented on paper. In order for the information to be searchable, a companion database would have to be created. I may be wrong, but I haven't heard that an owner/enthusiast database is in the works. If I've missed something, please let me know.

Hi to all on this thread. Now we know about DSO info,I think it is time to try and uncover any unknown cars, and get the info to Dave.Do make a point of tracking down any and all leads-there are still plenty of missing cars that we need to know about. Many times owners have multiple reasons that equal the same results--they remain unknown..lets start the new year by going for it
    Regards P.D.:guitar:
