New Guy checking in!

Thanks for the great Forum. I don't own a Shelby product at this time, but sure would like to!

My name is Bob Ashton and I live and breath cars each and every day. I used to be a Show Manager for Championship Auto Shows, Inc. (the Autorama/World of Wheels people) and also the Chevy Vettefest, (don't hold that against me! lol). I am just an all around car guy who loves anything on wheels.

I used to run an Automobile Collectibles store in the Detroit area called Auto Know that specialized in obsolete literature and other cool car stuff. I am also a member of the Vehicle Selection Committee for the annual Eyes on Design show, held on Fathers Day at the Edsel and Eleanor Ford Estate in Grosse Pointe, MI.

I am a part of a new All Indoor Muscle Car show that will take place this year in the Chicago area, but more about that later...
