    Greetings!
After having survived for nearly twenty years without a muscle car, since having to sell my 1969 Mach I to pay for college, I am finally back in the game. I have been ogling old Mustangs and Shelbys for years online with lust in my heart. My wife then recently told me that she really wanted a convertible. Instead of buying her a new Volvo or BMW convertible that will drop like a rock in value, I bought her a beautiful 1967 convertible Shelby GT500 clone. It's 99% complete and I'm having the other 1% (new boots, grommets, etc.) finished off and should get it back next week. To tell you the truth, I'm as giddy as a school kid to get it back:lmao:.
I've uploaded some pictures, but can't get the avatar feature to work, despite using a picture that's 100 x 100 pixels and only 4 kb. Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

Beautiful Car, Just courious...... you went with a 1967 Front End. Why does it have a 1968 Shelby Tail Light Panel & Tail Lights?

I think Randall will have to look into that. I tried loading a custom one in for you also and it did not work. The problem is on our end.

The restoration was performed at Mustang Restorations in Dundee, Illinois (www.mustangrestoration.net). I know the previous owner preferred the front end appearance of the '67 Shelby over that of the '68. As to why the tail lights are 1968, I'm not sure. They are also sequential when they blink like a '68. In all honesty, I hadn't even noticed until I read your post.
