I just bought a 2007 Shelby GT, white.
    I'm in Keller TX.

Probably will be doing autocross with this vehicle.

Hi Rex, welcome and a nice car. Looks familiar. Did you happen to find it on craigs list in Arlington, Texas? I am in Lone Oak, Texas east of Dallas

Wylie, thanks. I found this one on AutoTrader.
I looked at several on CL and on ebay. All the local ones were firm at around $28K. This one was in OKC at a couple grand less, with zero defects.

:thumbup:you might want to go look at www.mgwltd.com. they have some nice goodies. What engine oil does the book say to use in that car?

    5W20 Semi-Synth at 5000 miles IIRC.

I'll probably go to Valvoline full synthetic at 5K.

Also, they make by far the best shifter for the S197 cars!

That's what people who have not tried a MGW shifter always say.:)
