    Fuel sending unit - 1966 GT350

Has anyone had any luck finding a fuel sending unit that will accept the cars electical connector, without having to trim the rubber cover? The ones I have ordered all seem to have a shorter stud for the electrical connector, so the original connector won't go on far enough without trimming the rubber boot. Thanks in advance. I have a 66 GT350, but have had the same problem with others also. Cheers

Trying to get a handle on the resistance of the fuel sending unit. Searched the Ford books, but no spec. Resistance at "F", and at "E"? They need accurate info, this could have important results.
