2007 Shelby GT 500 40th Anniversary Package (panhard Bar Question)

Can anyone who has had a 40th anniversary package installed tell me if it came with the adjustable panhard bar? I am getting conflicting answers on this from Quantum Performance who did the package. I say that i need it becasue my drivers side wheel sticks out further than the passenger side wheel. They are 20 inch razors. with p275/35 tires.
