I have a 1968 Red Shelby GT 350. I purchase the vehicle in 1978 and have just started to restore it. Since the super chager and stripes were dealer installed options, I plan on adding them to my vehicle. I have purchased a orignal Shelby super charger. The one thing that I am missing is the air cleaner can.

Do you have some photo's of your engine bay?

    Thanks, Dennis

Hey guys Maybe someone can help me on restoring my 1968 GT350
I have Re-done the electrical system and finally got the dynamite sticks in for the sequential tail lights but an additional part of my electrical problem was also stemming up front..seems I am missing the actuator cable to enable the steering wheel to tilt away from the knuckle I would rather not buy a whole new sterring column so if anyone knows of one or where I can get it it would be soooo helpful Thanks much guys:doh:

Just bought this 69 350. Supposed to be bright red. Car is complete and fiberglass is in great shape. Was last driven in 78!

.....6s186 has 68,000 miles on it, car was semi retired from early 80,s until 2009. It was started once a month to keep the oil stirred up. Short trips to car wash and around the block and back in the garage. It is stock with no modifications, car come in a plain white raper, no La Manse stripes no radio no back seat and craiger wheels. Longest trip Colorado to Tennessee sorry no corvettes but a ton of z28s, Road Runners and Darts.....

yeah probably not an original shelby but run the vins by Dave Matthews the SAAC 67 shelby registrar and you will know for sure...Very few people would trade a real shelby for a 70s vette. The price differential is just way too large...Trent
