I have a 2006 GT-H and may be able to help, what is it you are looking for? There was no official Shelby Manual for the GT-H's but you should be able to get a Mustang owners manual.
I picked up my 2007 GT-H today. It had the original manual that came with it and it was a regular Mustang owners manual titled : "Mustang Owners Guide 2007". I know it was the original because I bought it from a Hertz Exec and it never went to the rental fleet. Hope that helps. Here's how I looked when I drove it home...

Are you sure they came with one other than the factory Ford manual? Our '07 GT-H convertible (259) had everything (as far as we know) and there was no manual from Shelby.
