Hello. I have just picked up my '89 Shelby Dakota #979 and am anticipating having a lot of fun getting it cleaned up, painted and returned to street duty. It is a white truck and completely stock. Everything seems to be in decent shape and is only missing the light bar. I am going to need some info on availability of the electric fan parts. Only one is working at the moment. I also need to diagnose the OD unit. It will not engage. Wish list includes the performance TBI and computer, but that will probably have to wait until it ages out of the emission requirements for my area. I'm a past owner of a 65 GTO Tri-Power, a 56 Safari Wagon (Pontiac's Nomad), 63 Corvette, 66 Sunbeam Tiger and a 70 240Z. It's been years since I've had a true musclecar, so I'm looking forward to restoring and driving this one.
