67 Shelby Windshield Question

yeah that would be be clear.if its tinted for sure its a replacement..also the original carlite windshields are date coded so if you order a replacement keep that in mind....

 

Clear unless your car has factory A/C. Then it's an extra cost mandatory option

 

That is correct as the tinted windshield came as part of the a/c option starting in 1967 Fords. The 1964-1968 windshields are all the same size (replacements) but originals have different codes markings. Only replacements that I have found are tinted.

 

I'd check with some replacement glass suppliers that also will do the factory style correct logo and date code etching to see if they can get clear glass.
OEM glass, in Illinois might be one of them. There are a couple of others.

 

Could be clear or tint, depending on how the car was ordered. Tint had the blue band, clear did not.

As for availability of clear, how many do you want? What codes?
