What did Shelby do between 1970 and 2007?

    According to the forum titles, the Shelby Mustangs were made before 1970 and from 2007 onward. What happened in between? Thanks.

    Went to Africa; sold parts/wheels in the states/built a string of continuation converts with a shop in LA, had a gig with Dodge;helped with the Viper program,did some Olds powered Series Ones,Got into the replica/Continuation business;built a chili empire......
    and played dominos
