hey everybody, i am in the process of getting the new foose legend nitrous wheels,20x8.5 in the front and 20x10 in the rear. tire sizes will be 295-30-20 in the front and 285-30zr20 in the rear. these will be going on my 2007 shelby gt 500. here's my question, will these work with the eibach pro suspension kit? as i have ordered the springs and shocks. any info is greatly appreciated.
Looking to go with a system such as Eibach Pro-System-Plus Kit (Pro-Kit, Pro-Damper Kit & Anti-Roll Kit) Reason being, not too drastic, a system that is designed for the car, and I hope it will not cause other unwanted issues, bump stear, etc that will require more work. My goal is to drop the car a little and improve the feel of the car. http://www.ultrarev.com/35115.680.html Anyone installed this setup?
i was hoping someone else had already done this swap to their car, Mike. i got my foose nitrous legend wheels with the toyo proxes4 tires put on yesterday. i am nervous about going to one of the tire shops to have my eibach pro kit of struts springs and shocks installed as i am wondering if it will rub after the lowering springs are installed with these wheels and tires.
I can understand that, are your tires the standard 18? I have seen pics several Shelbys with the Eibach kit installed on several of the forums and no mention of issues like that. I am currently talking to a suspension performance shop about installing my kit. So far so good, I have to take the car in this week for them to just take a look at it. I expect to have the kit installed next week. I will let you know how it goes
Mike my wheels are the new 20 inch Foose Legends, just released on the Cruizin' Concepts website. Let me know if you get any feedback on my setup being a problem with these tires and wheels. Let me know how yours goes, i am interested.
