Hello all, I am new to the boards here. We have had this car in our family since 1977 my father bought it for me the year I was born and thought it would be a great car for me when I turned 16!

We are trying to trace the car back to see where it was sold and who all owned. We purchased the car from Jerry Shot in Decorah Ia in 1977. Jerry bought the car from Joseph Dodge in 1974. We talked to him and he said he purchased the car in 1972 from someone in Sperry Ia but did not know his name. Sperry is north of Burlington Iowa. At that time the car was bronze. The car was originally blue with the white stripes. Joe also owned the #009 1966. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Clint

Join SAAC, then get in touch with the registrar, Mr. Howard Pardee.

    From the registry:

Car is blue. Shipped to Sexton Ford, Moline IL, 6/22/66. Purchased by Steve Houdek of Cedar Rapids IA. No other ownership information in the registry, might be more with new registry or contact the registrar as stated in the other post.

Just called sexton ford and they do not have any paper work that far back! Dang! It would have been pretty sweet to get the original bill of sale!

You need to contact Howard Pardee.. that will save you a lot of time and trouble... Saac has things about your car you and the original Dealer didn't know!!! I think Mike was leading you in that direction to begin with.. That was good advise!!! Hope this does not sound like we are know it all's... But it will help in the direction to look into the history of 2350.
