Shelby VIN Tag Clean-up / Restoration

    Does anyone know how or is there someone that can clean up a 1966 Vin tag??? There appears to be some very minor rust around the holes and some black paint overspray.

    Any assistance or guidance would be appreciated.

    I pretty much use just soap and water and what stays, stays. A beat up looking tag will in no way affect the value of the car.
