Thought this would be the best place to get an answer to this...
This morning I got to work and punched it a little too hard... I started drifting.
Lights flashed, warning buzzard started sounding... as soon as I let off and got back straight it stopped. What was that? It was scary enough being sideways, but I could have done without all the noise and flashing lights! What's up, and how do you turn that warning off?:grrr:

I would like to hear the answer also. Did you have the T/C on or off at the time?

    Traction control was on.
I believe when you to turn it off the light on the switch comes on telling you it is off! I will go out to the garage and check.

Traction control was on... unless you turn it off it's always on. Which brings up the next question... why would you turn it off?

The drag racers turn it off. Cannot do a burn with it on. You will eat a wall.

You might get a quicker answer if you go over and sign in at the GT500 forum. Lots of racers over there.

Don't want to eat a wall! Not a drag racer, just testing out this beast [learning how to control it]! Glad it was the parking lot at work... so much power. Now I at least know... be careful! Keep it straight! Two 50 ft. stripes in the lot now!
    Be safe!:evo:

    Sounds like fun!
Nothing wrong with testing out the beast.

Yep, a little fun is nice... just want those lights and noises to go away! If I choose to step on it, I want the warnings to just go away!
I'll play it safe now that I know what I'm driving! You got to know what you have under that foot! Am I right?

I NEVER use the TCS...I always turn it off as I start the car...does nothing except wear out the rear brakes...and reduce the fun you can have!
