It is a space saver spare. I have one out a 69 GT 350. I was trying to find out who owned the car now but have had no luck. Black Jade metallic car once own by Vin Devers and Scott Bellg. If I can not find the car to reunite them, I might sell it.
There is probably more than one. but the BF Goodrich 7.35 x 14 is the most common on a black 14 x 6 rim

The Dever's in the late 70's, they sold the car to Scott Bellg, he sold the car in 87 or 88 when he went through a divorce. I was friends with Scott but he moved to Florida after selling the Shelby and going through the divorce. i never heard from him again.
Peter, I am sorry that I have not had a chance to check that spare yet. I live just outside of Morenci, Michigan and if you follow the news you probably have heard of the search for the 3 young boys in this area. The oldest kid Andrew was on my sons soccer team. We just have been out searching and walking fields. I will try to check this weekend as there are no organized searches scheduled right now. To be honest I just forgot about you in all this mess. It is the BF Goodrich on a 14 inch rim. In great shape. I made a few calls and have an idea on the value and will pm you today.
