Amazes me how much people will pay for project cars

    He could buy a pretty nice car for what he will have in this one. That is assuming that he only tries to make it a nice driver. If he starts down the concours path he is going to have a lot of money and time in it. Probably more than it is worth.

    IMO someone could give you the car for free and you would still be upside down in it when done. Unless you do ALL the work yourself.

    Not everyone builds a project to sell. Some do it for sentiment, to have the car they dreamed of as a kid, some do it for the fun of building. How many people you know spend two years building a car, and get bored and sell in a few months?
