Did the previous owner give you the build numbers and dates on your car?

That info is not in the VIN. Call Ford performance at 18003673788. For $45.00 they will send you a certificate with your numbers and dates and colors etc. You get a VIN decoder too. For another $10.00 they will give you a window sticker. There is a place somewhere online to get a free window sticker that you print but I cannot remember where it is. Might ask around.

I use Red Line 5w 50 full synthetic oil. It exceeds the Ford spec for the GT500. If your tranny is a bit notchy when shifting in cold weather the red line d4 ATF transmission fluid will remove a lot of that. It takes about 4 qts to change it out. The tranny uses auto transmission fluid. American muscle has sequential tail lights also.

I haven't really noticed any noise or problems. But I always let the car warm-up before I drive it.I read where some people were having clutch noise though and that worried me a little. So far mine seems to be operating OK.I bought the extended warranty though.I have the service warranty too,so I take it to ford for service.Like I said,I work 24/7.I get only 4 days a month off,so i haven't drove it much.I drive my company truck,so you know I am dying to drive it!I really appreciate all the info and help.I would lif to get Carroll Shelby to autograph it.
