do not drive on roads with sleet

    I bought my 07 gt500 Dec 28.On Jan 2 I got caught on a sleet covered road.slid on a bridge and cracked up the front bumper.It could have been worse.The dealer said take it to Collision Works in OKC.That is who does their body work.Any feedback on these guys?I also ask about documentation on the car.They said they couldnt help me,to go on line.Any help on this.

    I picked mine up the wednesday..that morning they got 5inches of snow..I drove 40mph on the way back home and was nervous as a cat in a room of rockin chairs..Sory to hear about your miss fortune..there is a post here somewhere with info on your car info and where to get it..I ordered mine yesterday..

    Yea,made me sick.I wasnt going very fast either.Owners manual even says to change over to snow tires.I was trying to get home to park it but got caught before I could get there.

    I hate to hear that,,I how you get her fixed up and looking like new or better..also the info you wanted on that certificte.. call Ford performance at 1-800-367-3788 give them your vin# and be ready to pay 45.00..in case you haven't got it yet..and post some pics when you get her back..

    Thanks.I told the guys at collision works to do it right and take thier time.As for the pictures,I will see if I can figure how to do that.And I will call the number you gave me.I get some time off I am taking my Shelby to HALLET racing circuit here at Tulsa.That will be a blast!That is where the Mid-America Ford & Team Shelby Nationals are held.Again,thanks for the number.

    I finaly figured out how to post my pictures.Ill post a better one when I get my car back.Hallett high speed touring gives you five 15min. on track sessions for $95.00.It is a road course.
