Do all 66 gt350's have vin numbers stamped on their 4sp transmissions?
My car is 6s2344, with iron t10. Also have a 66 k coupe without stamp. Thanx, Matt unsure:

I posted the same question on the SAAC Forum. The overwhelming responses implied that 65-66 GT350 T-10's, regardless of main case/tail shaft case material, did not have a Ford (or Shelby) VIN stamp. IIRC there were a couple of people who remembered a Ford VIN stamp but so far I have seen no photographic evidence of this.

I still have the original close ratio iron T-10 for 6S1757 and there is no VIN stamp. If your original for 6S2344 has a VIN stamp please share a photo of the partial VIN.

OTOH, 65-66 K-codes had toploaders and most, if not all, were stamped with the Ford VIN.
