Just wanted to drop a line on the forum, and let you Know the classic battle between Ford and Chevy, came to a head last night at the Fayetteville, NC Drag Strip. I have a modified 03 Cobra, just bolt-ons. My first race of the night, was against an 05 Corvette. The guy was talking all kinda smack about the car, you know this and that, his $50,000.00 car was the shit and had all the amenities, blah blah blah and something about a navigation system. I just smiled and gave him the courtesy.."cool" Well after I spanked his ass, by nearly 2 seconds in front of at least 1000 people......for some reason he quit talking to me????? Guess that navigation system didn't quite have the quickest route to the finsih line!
Why is this just for the Ford guys? I always enjoy a tale of some trash talker getting his oats. robin
