i have a2011 red with white stipes svt shelby an see the paint chiping down on the lower fender theres acouple of small ones on the passenger side fender a one or two on the drivers side too. anybody have this porblem

Re: chips on my paint Fastneal, I have a 68 GT500KR original red, with white stripes added. 3M makes a film product that a lot of dealerships apply as clear bras. Look at this company, it's a local company in the Denver area. http://www.myclearbra.com I don't know what part of the country your in but I'm sure some one has the same type of company near you. It is popular in Colorado due to the fact that the roads are always being repaired.
Re: chips on my paint Go to www.xpel.com You can search for qualified installers of paint protection film. You can also look at the patterns for you car to see coverage applications 3M makes a film under their name 3M also make a line called VentureShield Xpel also has their own line of film and there are a few others. My company uses the VentureShield film. Basically it is the same stuff used for years on dually truck flares and Porsche 1/4's. You do see where the film ends on the fenders and hood on a partial application. ie front 18 - 24 inches of the panel Dave Z
