I've not long bought SFM5S259. Super nice mostly unrestored car, numbers matching engine with it and no intentions to restore at the moment as it is in far too nice condition! Stripe delete car with cragars. Dealer installed AM/FM radio and 2 x 4bbl intake (original owner was the parts manager at the dealership).

I've driven the car about 50 miles since buying it and it runs great!

They are only original once. If you can avoid restoring it, I certainly would.

Hey "Finally", better take another look at that vin because the 2011 SAAC registry says that 3192 would be a GT 500

    Good morning everyone.

    I have recently purchased #1505, a 1968 GT350 Convertible w/ A/C, from the second owner of 35 years.

Car was given a thorough inspection to confirm authenticity.
She was originally a Gold car, but the previous owner painted her red.
We have some work to do on her, but overall she is straight, no accident, rust free car.
She is being delivered to my home today.

A couple of pics for your enjoyment.

In the spirit of Christmas, here are two pics of the previous owner, one dressed as Santa, and fast forward to this week, when the car was picked up to be delivered.

    Merry Christmas to all!!

I have a 74 red Pantera, somewhat modified but original drivetrain. Awesome car. Believe now is a good time to purchase one. Prices have been soft for a while. Think they will start moving up soon.

I saw an older post from 2007 where someone was talking about the sale of a 66 gt350 Stirling Moss raced car. I purchased the car in Houston and would like to bring it out after 4 plus years. Any ideas or shows to go to?

Hi Sackum, Welcome to the site and your car has some great history. I am not in Colorado so do not know of many events in your area, but the Shelby Museum is up the road in Boulder so they may have some events there. How about some pics and details about your car? I own 081 and I know Steve Sloan (087) frequents this site and I think he would be interested in hearing about your car also.
