How many of you guys are serious about buying a 07 Shelby? Has anyone formed a plan of action to pre-order or made a deal with a dealer to get one. I am not sure what a good plan would be after reading all the goings on with the Ford GT. Will we be looking at a similar Supply and demand Hype. I would like to get one to match my KR (highland green, black int. & white stripes) but I'm not going to pay out the nose just to get one. I can use my GM points to buy a 'vette if I need speed. I will note that while driving from southeast Missouri to St. Louis Tuesday afternoon, my heart almost stopped when I saw a yellow / black striped Ford GT heading down the south lane of I-55 just south of the US 61 /67 intersection. Now that was an awesome sight! What a sight..... even my wife commented about it and ribbed me about getting excited over that vs. other things. (She wanted me to buy one when they first came out, but I don't think I can fit my big butt into one!)
