    Hello Gang..

    Does anyone have photos of how and where the carb return spring goes on
    my 67 gt350 original carb... and where would you get the bracket and spring from??

    The spring hooks to a brkt that is bolted to the rear carb stud/nut and the other end of the spring hooks in the krook part of the accellerater arm.Bob

    I wonder why someone installed a GM throttle shaft in this carb.

    Hi Bill

    Years ago i sent the carb out to Holley to rebuild it . When i got it back they put that on because the old throttle shaft was worn out. I found a good one and replaced it this year.

    That figures, back then it was whatever worked. Most of us didn't even know about date codes much less worry about having all of the correct ones.
