The red other one was long thought to be a 428CJ. But it's Z code also.At the time there (Ford)was no assignment for the Z code engine.Must have been before the 70 B9's were released.So Z code would work at the time. Thanks guys Well I thought so as the 429 KK's were for the NASCAR and BOSS which was probably in performace and horsepower turms the beefiest of all the Fords from the 427's to the 429. Before I got my GT 500 I looked at the NASCAR 429 at $125,000 two years ago. Toss up really but I suspect the NASCAR and the BOSS are way up there in price right now. Off subject! This same friend of mine who is a Mopar man also said that Barretts sold a 1971 convetable 426 Hemi for $3,000.000? about six months ago? I haven't checked. .
