First thing to do is turn the engine by hand with a 15/16 socket on the crank bolt. Make sure it is not frozen up or a valve stuck open. If it is free for two revolutions, the ideal procedure would be to remove the distributor, use a 1/2 drill in reverse to prime the engine. Remove the valve covers and turn the drill until you see oil coming out of all the rocker arms. I would remove the spark plugs and spray a mist of oil into each cylinder. Use a new, 500 cold cranking amps battery cause you are going to do a lot of cranking. You will probably have to prime the carb and it will probaly have stuck floats when gas get up to it (assuming the fuel pump has not died). Your big problem will be parts that have surface rusted, seals and gaskets that have dried out, diaphrams that are broken. This just covers the engine. Clutch discs rust to flywheels, brakes dry out and freeze up, electrical connections corrode. I would suggest you find someone local who has experience bringing back those in a coma.
