I know, I shouldn't have touched my KR but it will make other KR owners happy because now there are less fully stock ones out there. I have added the Ford racing whipple 2.9 and used the Jon Lund street tune now making 630rwhp. WOW! Now the KR is the King of the Road. Also removed the two piece drive shaft for the Shelby Dyno Tech one. I was told it would cause vibrations when in fact it removed the vibrations. The KR is smooth to drive now. I did put on the Nitto NTO5R's and what a difference it made. Before not even 3rd gear would grip. Now I have 2nd gear. First still loses it but good enough. I did this because I had the stock KR HP in the 70's and needed to feel more and boy did I get that. What is nice is the car still looks factory when looking into the engine compartment. I did need the spacers to put back on the strut tower. I did keep all my parts and tune so I can go back anytime but aint gonna do it until I have had my fun!
