I have had more fun with the GT350 and would love to tell good times and some bad times for both 5S337 & 6S2055
5S337 has been fully restored and I am quite familiar with the car. I put a 1965 vintage "5S337" Iowa license plate on it for you.
you might be famillar with car now but you would not belive what 5S337 went through the few years i owned it. it was silver so no one new it was a shelby but i did. the shelby set out side in the winter with just water in the 289 hi po guess what the block cracked. And Henry had to have a car to get to work.so i traded my very rare 1963 factory 289 hi po fairlane even up I will tell you a lot more later when i first saw the shelby brand new in newton ia and it was raced wrecked and very abused more later lots of far out stores and i know them all.
Oh, when you tear a car completely down, you learn a lot. You may not know the details, but you see things. Nos quarters and a nos roof were a good sign of previous damage. You would really like the car today, its absoluely gorgeous.
