Just curious as to how certain everybody is that the G.T.500 KR on eBay is a scam (#4574969303). This is no slam on anyone on this site as I am very, very suspicious also but how do you know for certain? I'm trying to learn here so please give me your thoughts. Thanks, Joe Bright.
This is a scam. I am familiar with this KR and I know its current owner. This same KR was listed on eBay a couple times before in the last few months, but did not meet the reserve (high bid $210,000), so it is still in the hands of the second owner. This car does have 65K original miles, etc, and was also on display at the Shelby American plant in Las Vegas about 2 years ago. As for the picture setting, it is in Idaho, and was taken by the broker that legitimately listed this KR on eBay previously. I just reported this scam to eBay. This is the second time these pictures have been reused for this car in a scam.
