Is this a genuine KR air cleaner?

Hi all,

I have a "reproduction" Air Cleaner and snorkel on my KR, so I'm keeping
my eyes opens for a genuine one.

Does this look like the real thing? The photo is a little low-res, but
it looks about right - but then again, from a distance, the one I have
"looks about right" too...

I know squat about 68's but from the photo the lid looks like a repop to me.

You need to get a pic of the base without the aircleaner in it. And need to
see where the snorkel hole on the side of the base comes in.

I would "ask The Seller" to send you more pics of it See where he got it-Ask
what car,Got the #;s of the car??And Pics of "What Mike Said">>>
You need to get a pic of the base without the aircleaner in it. And need to
see where the snorkel hole on the side of the base comes in.

I always ask and If they don't send what I want_I figure there is a
reason,usually Not Good.Two other things that are not to promising.He's a
ZERO rated Seller/Buyer and in Canada.Suddenly He Loaded with ALL Good
Shelby Stuff? Could be.His pics are pretty much the same and 3 of them are
on the back porch deck.That Is kind of a good sign.If they are stealing pics
form several auctions-the pics are generally very different.Tones colors
and places.. My .02 PS I have over 7000 Total sales on Ebay with 99.9

And since when is living in Canada and selling Shelby parts "not to
promising" ?
I agree with the zero rated seller/buyer but didn't think selling parts from
Canada was something to beware of.

one thing that I noticed on a number of them is that there is at least one
indention on the lower portion of the opening of the snorkel that is caused
by it rubbing up against the factory starter delay unit..... if you need
pictures, I'll try to take some and send them to you.
