    65 GT350 Ride Height

Have a 65 GT350 and need to know the correct distance from floor to fender lip.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Mine is at 27 from floor to fender lip. What would you think would be correct for a 65?

I am looking for a Paxton or Webers. Any idea where a set could be located?

Sorry, its not for sale. Been in the family since 1967.

Looked through numerous book and catalogues, can't find any number for the ride height for the 65's, only how to set the Koni's. We're building 65/66 GT350 clones at McMichael Motorsports in Braselton, GA, and more trying to get them to look correct in their stance with the eyeball method, since we have no exact measurements. There aren't any photo's posted yet, but it's a cool webpage, check out the galleries, www.mcmichaelmotorsports.com. You'll have to "Google" for the Paxton and Webers.

As far as Paxton's go, contact Craig Conley at Paradise Wheels in So-Cal. He is the guru on anything Paxton or Shelby. He could probably help you on a Weber set-up also (could be very expensive) . I think he has a web site www.paradisewheels.com
