Interesting that there can already be a modified 07 Shelby made when they have not even been released yet. It stated they were only going to build 25 of them. It had a polished supercharger and aftermarket suspension. This was in the Ford display. Carroll Shelby was doing some kind of small appearance near the car. Needless to say there was a crowd around him at ths time. I will try and get more details tomorrow.

Also, Ford had another 07 Shelby on display and it had SHELBY spelled out on the trunk lid (around the third brake light). This car was red with white stripes and looked like the one I saw at the SAAC event in Tulsa a few months ago.

Actually it's not worthless, but pics would be nice. Glad to hear the SHELBY lettering was on the car.

all I have is one pic from my phone of the lettering. I have no way to get it off my phone.

I might be able to bluetooth it to my laptop and upload. will try later today.

    yep, that's it.

Sure is diluting the authenticity of the 07's that are going to come out.

They had it listed as a Shelby and was part of Ford's SEMA display.

This is another reason I am not going to buy a modern "Shelby".

Painted on? Could this be a hint of things to some? I hope.

I'll put some SEMA photos in my gallery. I'm old school, when CSI shut down in LA in '67, it all changed......

Hate to say it... but... the pics are from the original Shelby 07 GT500 that we have all seen, the center brake light is still in the spoiler and not on the trunk lid. Which from what we have heard will not be moved from the original position on the 05 Mustangs for cost reasons.

But Man I do like the Pics of the Blue Mustang, that is going to be a limited edition from West Coast Customs... NIIIIICCCCEEEEEE !!

And that Hood is GREATNESS !!! Would rather have that hood then the new one that we keep seeing on the Test Mules. :)

Thanks for the PICS and the information. Only a few more months before we get to see the REAL DEAL ( final version ) !!!

I agree about the hood being a nicer option than the mule ones. Waiting until January is almost torture...however waiting until next fall for a car is torture.

I agree, too much rice not enough race. The red mule is much more true to what a Shelby was than that blue thing will ever be. Although the one at SEMA did not have that ugly rear wing.
