Re: How good are YOUR axles?

    Another area that I had to think of was the yoke for my automatic. I used a Lentech AOD behind about 510 hp & 510 ft-lbs torque. I have the right motor, trans and 31 spline Currie rear, but I had to think about the yoke. I think there's a 1310, 1330 and something like a 1350? I used a 1330 since I don't plan on drag racing and can never get any traction on the street.

    There is always a weakest link. Axles and U joints are commonly over looked parts when putting a lot of horsepower in cars. He is very lucky not to get T-boned when he crossed lanes.
