I am getting ready to wear you guys out with questions in the next few months, so thanks in advance for your help.

There is body filler and rust on both of the rear quarter panels of my 68 gt350, how much of the quarter panel should I replace so it it all steel? Should I have a body shop replace the whole quarter panel or cut out the bad spots and weld in steel patch panels?

Which method keeps the value of the car the best?

Can anyone recommend a shop that they have had good sucess with in DFW area?

The less plastic filler the better, if the rot is not to bad have it cutout and weld in a new piece, if the damage is extensive you may need a new quarter pieced in just below the top body line.If possible find a body man that does the lost art of leading , no filler is used, just solder/lead.

Save as much sheet metal as possible. A little bondo over original metal is better than bondo free china panals. Join S.C.A.T. and N.T.M.C. someone there will know a good bodyman in the DFW area.
